When Jesus is Your Friend Forever
John 3:16

When we believe Jesus is God's Son and follow Him, we can choose self-control and do what is right.

"Jesus answered, 'I am the way and the truth and the life.'"

ENGAGE IN EVERYDAY MOMENTS TOGETHER

Morning Time

When you go into your child’s room, say: "Good morning! I see someone who can choose self-control because Jesus can help them do everything. (short pause) It's YOU! (gently tickle your child) Jesus can help YOU do everything!"
 

Drive Time

While on the go, encourage your child by telling them ways you’ve seen them show self-control.

Cuddle Time

Cuddle with your child and pray: "God, thank You for sending Jesus to help us choose self-control so we can show the world Your goodness by being kind, faithful, and gentle."
 

Bath Time

During bath time, sing to the tune of "Mary Had A Little Lamb": "Jesus wants to be your friend, be your friend, be your friend! Jesus wants to be your friend, forever and ever."
