Have you been baptized by immersion?
Would you like to know what it means to be baptized?
When a person is baptized, he or she is identifying with Jesus Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection. By being baptized by immersion, a person is seeking to be obedient to the command of Christ and to tell others of how His grace changed their life both eternally and the life they live daily.
The next baptism dedicated to children is on April 25th, 2021.
To fullfill the necessary requirements, children must attend the two session Baptism Class on Wednesday, February 10th and 24th. Class will be held from 5-6pm in room 2500 in the Children's Wing and is open to children in 3rd*, 4th and 5th grade. At least one parent must be present with their child at each class.
Classes are intended to prepare children to be baptized by Jason Hand, our childrens' pastor.
*Note: 3rd graders are welcome to take Baptism classes, but will not be baptized until they are in 4th grade.
