Serving Oppourtunities
Why we serve
We serve because God calls us to (Galatians 5:13). We serve because our lives as followers of Christ now reflect Him in ALL we do (2 Corinthians 3:18). We serve because our lives should be spent worshiping Our Savior (Romans 12:1). We serve because Christ himself was the Suffering Servant (Isaiah 52:13-53:12). We serve because in a world focused on self we will choose to be selfless and be the hands and feet of Jesus to people in our community who may have not yet found salvation in Christ Jesus.

Serving opportunities

Zacharia's Acres

ZA's is a place where kids with special needs and their families can enjoy nature and experience the outdoors. ZA is uniquely positioned on 48 pristine acres surrounded by nature, serenity and an amazing landscape. The commitment is to preserve and protect the land as we open the world of agriculture and nature-based learning to kids with disabilities. Zachariah’s Acres currently offers several free events, exclusively for children with special health care needs.  These events allow children with disabilities to participate in fully accessible agricultural and nature-based activities.

Hope Street

Hope Street helps broken men, women and children cultivate hope. We protect from outside elements but most importantly we grow together in a relationship with Jesus Christ. Hope Street houses about 40 Men, Women, and Children whose lives have been profoundly affected by the toxic environment they grew up in, their own poor choices, or drug and alcohol abuse. Empowered by the active Grace of Christ, the staff, volunteers and members cultivate a nurturing community in which we can live, learn and develop new habits that help people flourish.

Soles for Jesus

Soles For Jesus is dedicated to sharing the  love of Christ by distributing shoes to the under-served people  in sub-Saharan Africa. Since being founded in 2009 by Diane Studer, the organization has developed and expanded in exciting ways! We have a clear mission, an exceptional team and strong partnerships in the U.S. and Africa.

What can we do?

We can serve. We have been called to serve so lets go out and give of ourselves together!
