Kati is a career management consultant at Right Management with over 15 years of experience in resource development, deployment, utilization and employee relations.  Kati currently coaches professionals in transition in their outplacement program, advising on career tools and career management. 
Barry Rotman
Barry is a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with GE Healthcare.  He has over 20 years experience in technical and general recruitment across a wide range of technologies, platforms and disciplines, including Al, Big Data, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Financial Services, Engineering, Pharma/Biotech, IT, Finance & Accounting. Barry enjoys helping candidates find new roles as well as matching hiring managers with great candidates. He volunteers his time helping those in transition, teaching interview and search techniques.
