Kati Remington is a career management consultant at Right Management with over 15 years of experience in resource development, deployment, utilization and employee relations. Kati currently coaches professionals in transition in their outplacement program, advising on career tools and career management. Her specialities include Resource Development, Staff Management & Alignment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Training and Facilitation, Career Development Strategies and Engagement & Retention.
Bill Hughes is the Senior Director of Talent Solutions at the Brookfield, WI based global consulting firm, Patina Solutions. Bill currently leads all national talent initiatives for Patina Solutions, and is at the forefront of engaging senior consultants on projects within diversified industries, functions, and cultures. Bill came to Patina from Johnson Controls Inc., where he served as an Enterprise IT Resource Management Lead and Senior Recruiter. While at JCI, Bill led the global IT Resource Management initiatives for the company and led trainings for over 700 IT Resource Managers. He also headed all of JCI’s IT recruitment initiatives for North America. Bill is a co-founder of Johnson Controls' Unlimited Enterprise Resource Group, which focuses on initiatives that help people with disabilities. Prior to that, Bill held recruitment positions at Milwaukee-based Executive Search Partners, The Novo Group, and MYCO USA. As a talent and recruitment senior leader, Bill's constant focus is on helping others brand themselves towards their targeted hiring audiences.
