Future Seminars:

February 9, 2021: "Authoring Personal Core Values"

We often hear that we need to be "authentic" when showing up for interviews, and that it is important to align our core values to those of the organization we are working for or interested in.  How do we do that?
Join us at SpringCreek Church on February 9, at 6.30pm at the Hub (enter Door 7) on "Authoring Personal Core Values", presented by AJ Kruse, an expert in this area.
Presentation Description:
Everyone has core values, but few people ever write them down or share them with others. When captured and applied, core values provide clarity, energy and aliveness to individuals (and entire businesses). They are a powerful differentiator that attract and connect individuals and organizations to each other. In this session:

  • Learn best practices for creating authentic core values & see examples.
  • Participate in a core values writing activity.
  • Develop values language you can use to distinguish yourself, make decisions and build confidence.
AJ Kruse Bio:

AJ needs to make things make sense, not only for himself, but for you as well. This quality, along with his knack for joining backstage design and front stage presentation has guided him through a dynamic professional career that began in elementary education and has continued in organizational development. After making the leap to corporate education, AJ led learning & development at two Milwaukee area businesses before embarking with three longtime colleagues to launch humanworks in 2019.
