The ChooseWell Challenge will help you develop a personal wellness vision and wellness plan.  A well-thought out plan will go a long way in your journey to lose weight, strengthen your muscles and be active as you age.

The course instructor is Dean Nolde.  In addition to being a Certified Wellness Coach and Certified Personal Trainer, Dean has first hand experience of the positive impact an improved lifestyle can have on your quality of life.  Additionally, Dean has been a member of Spring Creek for nearly 40 years. 


ChooseWell Challenge will meet every Tuesday, 6:30-8pm starting October 4th.
