Wendy Kamerling has owned Bridges Consulting, LLC, for over ten years. Her clients range from global manufacturers to non-profit groups. Wendy’s passion is for improving organizational performance and results by partnering with leaders in the areas of Strategic Planning, Leadership Development, and Organizational Development. In addition, Wendy serves as adjunct faculty for the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Lubar School of Business as part of their Executive Programs group.
She is an authorized partner with Everything DiSC, which she uses to assess individual and teams and uses these powerful and proven tools to coach leaders, teams, and individuals to higher levels of performance. Prior to starting Bridges Consulting, Wendy worked for twenty years for global manufacturer Johnson Controls; the last six years as Vice President, Human Resources for their global battery business.
In May 2007, Wendy published her book, “Are You a Leader Worth Following?” which challenges leaders to consider how their style either positively or negatively affects their workplaces. She achieved a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

Steve Fletcher currently serves as the Career Planning Consultant for Rogers Behavioral Health. In this role, he develops and provides the resources, internal career path connections and coaching used to foster greater employee engagement and retention. He has also been an Employment Readiness Trainer and Operations Supervisor for ResCare Workforces Services, a division of BrightSpring Health Care. During his 6 ½ years with ResCare, he assisted clients in making a successful transition from reliance on federal and state income subsidies to greater independence through meaningful employment. A significant part of his job was working with leaders to provide staff training and organizational development.
Prior to all of this, Steve spent nearly 30 years in Pastoral Ministry, serving churches in Minnesota, Illinois and Wisconsin. His degrees are: Master of Education from Carroll University, Master of Arts from Bethel University, and Bachelor of Arts from Crown College.
